If you are not interested in my weight loss story, feel free to ignore this post. But it’s something I’m excited about and love sharing so I thought some of you might find it interesting. I’ll resume My Bipolar Diary next week, as per usual.
Full Disclosure: Isagenix is a side business I run that helps me fulfill my passion of helping others achieve their own health and fitness goals. Shoot me an email letting me know your own goals, and I’ll do what I can to help you reach them.
(Also, this is a very scary thing to expose to the world, but my hope is that something from my journey will encourage, inspire, or resonate with some of you.)
Now, onto my story . . .
In February of 2015, I felt fine. I’d had a baby five months earlier, but I was a barre fitness instructor so I was able to work out and get back to a reasonable weight within a few months. I was fine with my body, but it wasn’t my ideal body. I wasn’t very happy, but I figured, “Hey, I’m a mom. I’ll never look like I did when I was 19 again.”
Through a very good friend, I was able to learn about Isagenix. I loved the convenience of the meals so I started using their products, and, by April, I started noticing changes on a couple different parts of my body. I wasn’t doing anything but replacing one or two of my meals each day with an Isagenix shake, keeping up with my exercise, and trying to reduce the amount of lousy things I ate. It didn’t feel like much, but the results I got were impressive.
By August, I was noticing more muscle tone in my arms and stomach and knew that the only thing I’d changed in my diet was Isagenix. I was able to lose weight and build muscle tone by getting all the nutrients I needed every day from those one or two meal replacements.
Along with all those awesome benefits, I’ve also noticed a huge boost in my mental health. My migraines improved significantly and I also started winning the battle with insomnia. I feel happy and healthy and have more energy to do more fun things with my kids.
There’s a balance that’s come to my life that’s allowed me to cope with the reeling emotions I’ve dealt with this past year. I firmly believe the good nutrition I’ve had access to with Isagenix has contributed to my good general health and positive outlook on life.
Guys. Honestly, I’ve never felt better and cannot express my gratitude for this product enough.
Remember, back in February, I didn’t even think I needed Isagenix! I was trying it on the faith of my friends, who loved the product, and it ended up getting me results I never thought I’d see in my life.
Now that I feel great, I want you to feel great, too! Please feel free to email me directly or use the contact form below if Isagenix is something you’d like to try. It could have a huge impact on your life for the better. If you’re in a rut with your workout and diet routine, this is the best way to shake things up, and get great results in the process. (P.S. It’s not an expensive as you think.)
The Takeaway
In total, I lost around 15 pounds, but I feel like I gained more than just the body I’ve always wanted. My confidence is higher and I would consider myself a high-functioning person! (That’s a huge deal for me because historically I’ve been very low-functioning.)
Isagenix is something I’m passionate about and I would love to introduce all the amazing benefits to you and your loved ones. I know it has the potential to bring you the mental and physical results you’re looking for.
